Hapa Poi is our Kīpahulu signature half-and-half blend of Hawaiian Kalo (taro) and ʻUlu (breadfruit),
thoughtfully prepared in Kīpahulu to nourish both body and spirit. “Hapa” reflects the balance — bringing together the earthy depth of kalo with the naturally mild, slightly sweet richness of ʻulu for a smooth, creamy poi the whole ʻohana can enjoy.
